Men’s Bible Study will be Thursday, May 9, at 6:00 p.m. at the church building. A meal will be served. All men are invited to attend!

Please join us on Saturday, May 11, at 8:30 a.m. as we enjoy breakfast and fellowship then come together for a moment of congregational prayer time. When we pray as a church, we win collectively and advance together as a church. A church that seeks the Lord collectively receives answers together. We obtain peace and grace jointly when we pray together. Please take advantage of this opportunity to join your fellow Christians in this activity.

Several years ago the Walter Hill congregation put together and published a cookbook of favorite recipes of our members. We still have copies of the cookbook available if anyone would like a copy or copies. They are $8 each and make nice gifts. If you would like a copy or copies, please contact Judy or Barbara Money.

Our High School Graduation Celebration will be Sunday, May 5. We will have a BBQ lunch that day for the entire congregation following morning services. Sign-up sheets posted on EDW board and in main lobby. Please be sure to RSVP if you are attending so that we know how much BBQ we will need. Our high school graduates this year are: Jack Byrd, Silas Donnell, Lanie Heringlake, Bradley Lane, Mackenzie Rhea, Neely Richardson, Ava Norwood, and Davey Wakefield. Graduates – Please give a 5×7 picture to Scarlett Mitchell, Lynda Davidson, Tiffany Cooper, or Heather Miller as soon as possible. The pictures will be returned.

PrimeTimers will be going to “Pioneer Days at Cannonsburgh” on Saturday, April 27, from 10 a.m. to 12 Noon. There is no cost to get in. Sign-up sheet posted on PrimeTimers’ board in EDW.
