I am Robert (Bob) Tracy. I married my wife, Christy Edwards, in 1985. We have four daughters who are all married to wonderful Christian men. We have multiple grandchildren and our family is still growing. I am a Quality Engineer. I enjoy the outdoors, traveling, and woodworking. I became an elder in 2005 and have served with many great men over the years. I have two favorite bible verses: Joshua 24:14-15 and Romans 12:3.
Married to Ann-Marie since 1991. We have 2 Children – Kathryn Jones and her husband, Tanner who are also members at Walter Hill and Thomas Byrd and his wife Amy who attend Kingwood Church of Christ. I was Appointed an Elder in 2010. Attending Walter Hill since 2005. Favorite Bible verse is a psalm that I often silently sing to myself, Psalm 4:1. I’m a CPA and work for Roscoe Brown, Inc. here in Murfreesboro.
I have been married over 40 years to my wife, Shirley. We have two married children and four grandchildren. After a long career at TVA, I am now retired. I have been a Christian for over 50 years, putting the Lord on in baptism in 1969. After moving to Murfreesboro in 2009, Shirley and I became a part of the Walter Hill congregation. In 2012 I was appointed to be one of the shepherds at Walter Hill. My favorite chapter is Psalms 103.
I am Randy Cary. My wife is Alissa. We married in June 1994. Our children are Hallie and David. Hallie is a student at MTSU, and David is a student at Middle Tennessee Christian School. I am in Outside Sales for James M. Pleasants Company, a HVAC equipment Manufacturers Representative. Alissa is the Librarian at Middle Tennessee Christian School. I am originally from West Tennessee and have been in Murfreesboro for 24 years. My family enjoys spending time with family and friends. We enjoy sports and love the outdoors and especially camping. I became an elder at Walter Hill in November 2015. One of my favorite bible verses is 1 John 4: 7-11.
Justin is married to his wife, Miranda; they have two sons, Caden and Cameron, and a golden doodle named Dodger. Justin and his family love the Lord and His church and have a passion for helping teach God's Word and developing faithful disciples for Jesus. Justin has been in full time ministry since 2005. He is a graduate of Freed-Hardeman University with Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Bible (2005, 2007). Justin has directed several different camps and has served as an adjunct teacher for the Southeast Institute of Biblical Studies in Knoxville, TN. He also is the author of two books, Help! Someone I Love Has Died and Against All Odds. While Justin has several favorite verses, the one he finds himself quoting most often is Proverbs 3:5-6. When the Morton family has free time, they enjoy spending time together, reading, playing and watching sports, and cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers, Titans and Atlanta Braves. Justin and his family are excited to be a part of the Walter Hill family.
Chris and Emily, met while attending Freed-Hardeman University and have been married since August 14th, 2020. Before attending FHU Chris completed his first 2 years at MTSU and served as the youth director at the Florence church of Christ from 2014-2016. Chris graduated from Freed-Hardeman in 2018 with a BA in Bible with an emphasis in Youth and Family Ministry. Emily Graduated with a degree in nursing. They both love serving at Walter Hill and each of the students in the youth ministry. Chris has been the youth minister since March, 2019, and Emily is a nurse at the Rutherford County Health Department. Chris' Favorite Bible Verse is Ephesians 3:20-21.
Widowed, one daughter. Became a member at Walter Hill in March of 2002. Began working as secretary/office manager in March of 2012. Favorite Bible verse is Psalm 34:18 – “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
